Refund policy

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the same packaging as received. Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used, damaged, or altered items.
• Products without proof of purchase.
• Items missing parts or accessories.

If you received an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will process the return at no additional cost.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at 052-6459278 or submit a return request through your account on our website. We’ll notify you via email once your return is received and processed.

Return Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (15 AED) unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
• If returning more than 5 cartons, additional charges (up to 50 AED) may apply depending on the weight.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. The process includes:

• Return transit time: 5 to 10 business days.
• Inspection & processing: 3 to 5 business days.
• Bank processing time: 5 to 10 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Items on Promotion (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on promotion cannot be refunded. Promotions include (but are not limited to):

Cancellations

• If you cancel an order before dispatch, a refund will be processed within 14-21 business days.
• If the order has already been dispatched, a 15 AED cancellation fee will apply.
