Shipping policy

Local Shipping within the UAE

We offer delivery across the UAE with the following shipping charges:

• Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 15 AED delivery charge. If paying by Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional 10 AED will apply. Payments via credit card have no extra charges.
• Other Emirates: 25 AED delivery charge. If paying by Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional 10 AED will apply. Payments via credit card have no extra charges.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
• Delivery is expected within 1-4 working days for stock items to a commercial address. (Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays are not counted as working days.)
• Delivery times may be extended during public holidays.

Urgent Orders (Dubai Only)

• Next-day delivery within Dubai is available for a 25 AED charge.
• Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before 4 PM.
• Next-day delivery is not available on Sundays, or public holidays.
