Returns Policy
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are in new and good condition, matching the condition in which they were sent to you. Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered items unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned items.
The process includes:
Return transit time (5 to 10 business days).
Inspection and processing of your return (3 to 5 business days).
Bank processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
